* Attempts by well resourced Government agency to shut CYFSWATCH down failed;

* Not a peep from any Government MP, either in power or on the Opposition benches.

I hope the CYFSWATCH and LawGate Blog owners take up the offer to add a note on the front page of their sites to direct people to add these CYFS workers/Legal workers to the Nominations for shame (BOTHERING)
I also hope that the **NZ-FATHERS-Coalition** teams grow Nation-Wide to BOTHER these people at their Hearths as they do destroy our Families at our Hearths

I read CYFSWATCH regularly and I now it has done a wonderful thing and continues to do so. People needed a voice and it provided one. One which rocked NZ especially by having the Prime Minister’s comments and those of other MP’s.
But I know how they think. They are just waiting for it to go away because then they don’t have to deal with the problem. If we think for a moment and ask ourselves, “Do we have the power?” We would have to say “No”
As we speak parents are getting ready to put their children back in school next week. And what have they install for our children? Social workers are being introduced into primary schools to catch children while they are young.
Last year there was a case that gave them alot of power. A young child had had been picked up by a social worker as needing medical help. This child was made well because of the social worker and CYFS paid for the treatment. “How wonderful say the women’s groups. What a wondeful idea.” The teachers did not pick it up and explained they don’t have the time to be checking out all the children individually.
This has opened alot of funding for socail workers and I think they will pick up more but at what cost. They may save a dozen children this year while they destroy 100 or more.
Their power continues to grow and children savers are becomeing bigger than female savers. Well, they are both in this together but you get my drift.
I agree with Jim. We need to help and support these parents to protest. Many of them want to do something more than just write their stories.

I agree Jim and congratulate the brains behind cyfswatch and lawgate blogs. I would also like to thank you Jim for having the balls to be the first to name and shame on your handsonequalparent website. This is the only way we can fight back against arrogant corruption from Government agencies that have the gall to say they act in the children’s best interests. I regard the Fathers Coalition as pioneers in the field of bothering the insidious parasitic so-called professional leaches that cling to all the unnecessary misery of the fractured family industry. They get rich, while the kids are sad and dad has a conversation with a double barrel more often than not. The gravy train of leaches don’t like our pamphlet drops, especially the secretive judges who can’t work out how we got their address’s as they got no letterbox’s. I just love putting a pamphlet at their front doors — onward brothers and sisters — to hell with the consequences as they have taken my daughters. Nothing can be as bad as that! The family court and cyfs cannot defend their litany of lies and someone must be held accountable.
I have just got off phone to police, as I said that I am going to see my daughters, as they had requested they wanted to give their daddy his Christmas present a couple weeks back when I seen them for the first time in 9 months .
I will never give the system one second to rest until I change it ….I don’t care about going to prison …so what ….I will fight this injustice all the way to the grave and stuff what others think !!!!

I’d like to say that alot of CYFS workers should be sacked as they identify to the members of the public that under their jurisdiction that under their legislation which is law that we are not to abuse our children as yet they themselves who are also members of the public contrdict their own laws. They are hipocrites. They contribute to the factor’s of teenage pregnancies, criminal offences, drug and alcohol abuse, turancy, tenage suicide, and sexual abuse. Ihad my children removed from my care and my children who where taught from an early age that no-one was to touch thier private parts, became victims of sexual abuse when the care givers touch them through skin contact. My children have suffered horrifically. They place my children in the care of people who have diversion for assault, gang affliations, and abuser’s, alot of people only take a majority of children only because the pay is good. My children never got shoes, clothes, money, or food half the time as their care giver was in the pokies. I myself have had my daughter for more than two years now. I am ready to take CYFS to court as I am proclaiming for all the mental and emotional abuse inflicted on them from CYFS and Care-givers. My sum for all the trauma suffered upon my children, my husband and myself a total of $6,000,000.00. All the parents need to sue them as they are representatives of the Government.

Cyfswatch.org is the public site. If you want to post you have to joind.
It’s sister site cyfstalk.org is more secretive, it gives you the opportunity to name names in safety. It’s worth joing if for no other reason than support. Both are on US based servers – far from the reach of NZ Plods!

A 12yr old girl was murdered in cypfs care and all the poor parents get is we are sorry, if anything was to happen to my child in their care i wont hesitate, there will be no sorry, life for a life
