VonDadelszen/Family Court grievances
I am interested in hearing from those that have grievances with either VonDaelszen and or the Family Court, grievances will need to be clear acts unbecoming of a FCJ such as contempt of Court, breach of Human Rights Act/ DV act/ CoC act etc. I will be taking significant action for such acts myself, the more evidence of offences in general the better. All correspondence will be strictly confidential, details of those who contact me will be protected at all times.
I will also be taking action against Bruce Andrews.

Hay guys had a very rich friend of mine had a burn note ace on a family court juge MF retired. Cost him a lot of coin, but the lawer you guys seem to hate on this site got her come what she deserves. We should aim for policy that as much as possible eliminates the need for this entity.
When laws are wishy washy, Eg open for manipulation, then these parasites will flourish.
For example if the law defined equality in custody and had templates for that equality(circumstance of distance/child’s age), what then do lawyers get to argue about(steel your money). Equality allows reasoned debate between the parents, that results in the best interests of the child.
Implications that a individual lawyer is dodgy implies all entities that audit lawyer behaviour are dodgy. MMM

I, XXXXXXXXXXXXXX of 1 XXXXXXX Dannevirke, hereby formally request yourself, as the current Prime Minister ‘PM’ of New Zealand, Rt Hon John Key, rescinder the Honour bestowed upon former racist Family Court Judge “FFCJ” VonDadelszen “VD” in 2011 as part of the Queens Birthday Honours whereby FFCJ VD received the QSO, being conferred membership of the Queen’s Service Order for services to the Family Court “FC” including;
– an exceptional contribution to the FC in a variety of special projects
– as an advisor to the Principal Family Court Judge “PFCJ”
– implementing FC reforms.
I put it to you Prime Minister as detailed herein but not limited to, FFCJ VD has acted in a manner not becoming of a
– QSO recipient
– FC Judge “FCJ”
by committing significant unlawful acts throughout the course of his involvement as a FCJ in the FC proceedings FAM2006-010-XXXX FAM2006-010-XXXX XXXXXX V XXXXXXXXX, acts which constitute an undeniably horrific miscarriage of Justice as FFCJ VD acted in a manner so as to:
A) Discredit, dishonour and bring into disrepute the Judges oath by
– demonstrating that he he will “do right to” only those he chooses based not upon lawful facts, evidence, law or his professional opinions but on his personal preferences rather than “all manner of people after the laws and usages of New Zealand”
– instilling “fear” in those, moreover maori men, who came before him
– acting significantly in “favour” of white European women and non Maori
– subjecting myself, my Tamaahine and my whanau to significant “ill will”.
B) Discredit, dishonour and bring into disrepute the New Zealand Royal Honors System by
– demonstrating that even corrupt and racist Judges such as FFCJ VD who make no effort to uphold the laws of our country will still be held in high regard and esteem by those such as Her Majesty the Queen and the government of this country
– allowing the John Key/National led government to demonstrate through its Royal honor bestowed upon FFCJ VD that it fully supports the use of race hate by its Judges, moreover its FC Judges
– allowing the John Key/National led government to demonstrate through its Royal honor bestowed upon FFCJ VD that it fully supports FCJ’s assissting white Europeans to committ DV
– allowing the John Key/National led government to demonstrate through its Royal honor bestowed upon FFCJ VD that it fully supports the FC committing significant acts that constitute a miscarriage of justice
