Canada’s Prime Minister & Chief Feminist Justin Trudeau to visit NZ
Jacinda Ardern has invited Canadian PM Justin Trudeau to visit New Zealand where they will discuss “redeveloping a feminist international development policy”, among other subjects.
Justin Trudeau is responsible for introducing new sex assault bills that stops evidence that proves consent for sex was given. In Canada any photo or video text, any communication both before, during and after the alleged assault can be barred from a trial. It is better explained here in this video.
My only hope is Winston Peters won’t support such an insane law that removes almost any possible defense to an allegation.

Labour says a rape victim should be believed as a starting point.
I was removed from my home, and hence, place of business by an ex-parte order claiming I was a danger to my wife and young child. Whilst my innocence was eventually proven, the damage was done, and I still deal with the ramifications today. To be falsely accused is destructive enough but for the State to give credence to the claim without any reason but a voice is unacceptable. We live in dangerous times. Let’s see if Winny has balls!

I have just spent last week at an International Conference on sexual abuse to men and boys.
Whenever something happens that is not consequential I do think the term victim is appropriate. However that does not mean the other party is always a perpetrator or guilty which is the legal question.
I found the video from the Canadian lady most disturbing in her gendered assumptions that men are the perpetrators of rape and women the victims. That is just nonsense. One in six men and boys have been abused and many by female perpetrators. Disclosure rates by men (and boys) are much lower because of social stigmatisation.

This Canadian woman above seems to have a very narrow definition of rape (which may be the case in Canada). For years, the FBI definition of rape was gendered, requiring “carnal knowledge of a female forcibly and against her will.” But a recent redefinition focused instead on forced penetration with no mention of gender.
In incidents of sexual violence reported to the National Crime Victimization Survey (USA), 38 percent of victims were men. 35% of those male victims had a female perpetrator involved in the abuse.
Sexual abuse is a HUMAN RIGHTS issue not a Gender Issue!

Watch the character assassination of senate candidate judge Roy Moore in the USA as 39 year old allegations are dug up to destroy the man. A man who believes in conservative values. This man has held public office for years and so why right now is this muck racking being thrown around in the media. Gas lighting and deliberate character assassination so he never gets into the senate. The damage to his reputation is done. No court hearing no evidence. Guilty.
Will nz see a commission of enquiry into child abuse? And will we see lawyers exposed who allow kids to be harmed while they line their pockets$$$$$$. Who lie to the courts, who withhold evidence, who care not about the child. Who enflame conflict between man and woman. I won’t hold my breath.
Gas lighting with lies and false accusations is a very destructive psychological manipulation of good people. And the NZ govt justice system allows this to continue unabated.

Yes we will see an inquiry into abuse in state care. Just how broadly state care is defined is yet to be determined. It is to be an inquiry into child abuse and probably that will be under 16, or 17 or maybe 18. Not sure if gaslighting is a huge form of abuse for children.

Allan, in my case in NZ the lawyer for child covered up the facts which showed the mother was harming the child. Lawyer for child lied to the courts and withheld that evidence.
Our current corrupted system relies on the constant persecution of fathers as these horrible domestic violence criminals.
And yet statistically mothers, women are more likely to be the abuser.
DHHS data in the UK shows that of children abused by one parent between 2001 and 2006, 70.6 per cent were abused by their mothers, 29.4 per cent were abused by their fathers.
My point on gas lightin and character assassination identifies the way in which these truths are suppressed and anyone speaking these truths is attacked with lies and false accusation. As many a man here will testify to.
We must also draw parallels between historical nz state child abuse and the same style of abuse during the forced integration of indigenous people during colonisation. The same tactics of state theft of children to silence those who are not going along with the agenda of the day.
In nz’s case today we are being prepared for the harvesting of our resources, so these same tactics are in play again today. Destroying fathers and many good men using the family court is part of this agenda since killing us Openly would draw global ridicule, so more subversive means must be deployed. Using Secrecy and corruption.
Destroying fathers, impoverishing the people, controlling food ….shutting down food stalls under the guise of safety are all simply forms of control, and forcing a nation of people to become dependent. There is nothing free in free trade, it is simply a mechanism to control a nation of people by sending all their work and opportunity offshore. Forcing dependence.

Hornet, While your experience is distressing it has little to do with “abuse in state care”. Have you looked to complain in writing to the Family Court who instruct L4C or the Law Society. It is poachers policing the chicken coup but is the avenue to raise your concerns initially and I don’t see that “abuse in state care” will apply to an adult party in the Family Court.
However the children represented by L4C might be able to complain and tell their story to such a commission of inquiry.

Alan, I tabled evidence to the NZ police of the lawyer for child lying to the courts, withholding evidence and perverting the course of justice, and there was a refusal to prosecute.
The deliberate withholding of evidence of the mothers abuse of the child, supported by expert evidence from the courts own independently appointed psychologist. At all cost the mothers offending was suppressed by the lawyers or child.
While every effort was made to attack me, allow gas lighting. False accusations and all manner of tactics to provoke me to violence.
This character assassination of good fathers is costing nz millions $$$$$ in lost revenue, as men are destroyed, as businesses fail, as their income earning potential is decimated as they fall victim to false accusation and the psychological trauma of gas lighting, and the deliberate alienation of good fathers from their children.
Which creates even more vulnerable children. A perpetual cycle of business for this corruption.
As for state assisted child abuse, the removal of kids from parents, throwing children into foster care where they are subjectd to more abuse, is simply state abuse by proxy. Our world history is littered with examples of corrupted governments removing kids from parents under the guise of safety knowing and allowing harm to come to them.
When I raised concerns and stood up for the most basic rights in NZ, indirect threats were made that my children would be taken, and I was asked to take a look at the new laws in NZ where children can be taken and there is no right to due process in NZ for you to challenge that theft.
So we see another generation has been prepared for yet another round of state theft of children who,will be harmed when removed from their parents. Some 4500 children a year were removed from parents in NZ. That is a disgrace.
If we send more work offshore under the guise of free trade, if we impoverish our own people with excessive created debt, forcing good people into homelessness, and having to resort to crime to survive we set up more victims to be preyed on by this corruption. It is a perpetual cycle of destruction, which does not produce any good for society as a whole.
Deliberately Creating debt, deliberately creating conflict and crisis and terror, is the currently accepted best practice model for western government. Until that stops we will not see any improvement in the immediate future. For anyone.
I spoke with some police recently, who tell me moral is at an all time low. They tell me Proactive crime catching units are being disbanded. Why???
That simply allows crime to flourish. It would appear we have some in power who want more crime and unrest, so they can roll out more draconian legislation.

On that note, never forget , it was the NZ police who were found to be the terrorists in the tuhoi terror raids.
The NZ police terrorised Maori people.
The same nz police informant who initiated the tuhoi raids, also attempted to label me as a terrorist and set me up on firearms charges. Attempted to character assassinate me with false accusations that I was a terrorist.
That same informant, who has committed serious crimes is still being protected by the NZ police.
Police who attempted to protect this informant when caught out and who themselves lacked integrity, who became parties to this informants offending and who perverted the course of justice in the cover up ..resigned under urgency so as to not be held to account.
The NZ government under national and its agents were the terrorist, the agent provocateurs, Not the people.
The nz national govt were the ones managing the agent provocateurs …the inciting agents trying to stir up conflict…and entrapment… to push a political agenda.
And when caught, they resort to character assassination attempts, gas ligthing, false claims I was a mental case, a racist, terrorist, they have tried desperately to have me contained with protection orders based in the word of a criminal, who is also now being protected and will not be prosecuted. Short of killing me they have tried most everything else.
My lawyers were national party protectors. Which explains why they also helped cover up this offending and refused to help me prosecute this criminal.
The agent provocateur was associating directly with national party members. Sharing intelligence information and personal information, like the air that we breath.
