Matrimonial Property Act Review for changes.

Filed under: Law & Courts — never give up @ 9:28 am Thu 16th November 2017

-Are you happy with the current division of property?

-Will a proposal to make family violence a penalty in property division increase false accusations?

-Would mental abuse also count?

-Should property be divided according to who cares for the children, not 50/50?

-How can the Family Court speed up decisions?

-What happens if one parent lies and deliberately hampers procedures?

-What happens if the occupant of the home somehow delays the sale?

-Is the co-habitation period before a 50/50 split too short?

Meeting Tomorrow 12.00 noon. “Property Act Review”. 11 Inverell Avenue, near Totara Heights.

  1. The origins of the word matrimonial can be traced back through English, French and to its Latin base matrimonium – mater – mother.

While they don’t talk about it.
How much did he support her painting.
Did he work while she was painting.
Making it possible for her, to create an asset.
Any asset created by a male, is shared.
Why not the assets she created, in the relationship.

A business that creates a copyright, by the work of men.
    Is shared.
    Clearly to the media.
Assets taken from men is acceptable.
    The law must be wrong.
For it to apply to women as well.
