Accountants have gone to the media to highlight the failing computer system at IRD.
They do not mention child support as a specific issue and it may not be part of the same computer system.

Are you serious? I couldn’t get any results out of a real-life sit-down meeting with one of their porcine beauracrats – he just kept spouting some jingo-istic IRD religious mantras over and over again which was actually fairly poignant as he did look a lot like a little buddah.
Why would you think you could get any joy from their website which is solely there to limit your choice of response and remove any re-course you may have had with a flesh-and-blood IRD agent in the first place.
