Did the shit have to get to the top before the reality sunk in for some people, or perhaps they sunk into it, might be a better analogy.

This could be the year, and it would be a strange one if the first year of the Labour government after Hellengrad saw the emergence of a #mentoo movement.

Let’s not be too optomistic; how many times have we seen false hopes pinned on an occasional blip in the media radar.

It takes more than the occasional opposing voice to reverse a trend.

Are you seeing the dialogue out there or the stories Like This One appearing in mainstream media?

Are you seeing the visibility of change?

Who are the voices making regular noise about men’s issues?

  1. Jacqui Blue is still pushing the case for special treatment for women or ‘positive discrimination’ as she prefers to call it …

    The United Nations has urged the Government to use temporary special measures to address the inequities of women in the labour market and on boards. That may include quotas.
