Jordan Peterson changes lives for the better
I recently happened to meet a 23-year-old Canadian girl who is visiting New Zealand so I asked her if she knew the Canadian, Jordan Peterson. She said she not only knew of him but had been viewing his videos on YouTube as well as reading his book ‘12 Rules For Life’.
She stated that Peterson had changed her perspective on life. She went on to explain that since leaving university she had been under great pressure to plan her life according to feminist ideology. She felt she had to put her career first before all else and would be a failure unless she rose to the top of her field. However, after reading his book she realised that, as a woman, she had talents that were unique. Peterson had opened her eyes to the fact that what she really wanted from life was to have a family and the time to devote herself to their well-being. This had allowed her to now focus on looking for a mature partner that she can spend her life with. It gave me great pleasure to see this young woman’s relief in discovering what she really wanted out of life and with the knowledge that in making that choice she was not taking on a role of subservience under the myth of patriarchal heirachy.
And this from the Minister for Women;
“I can’t say I understand Dr Peterson’s popularity.”
So, she’s not Minister for women but Minister for Feminist ideology.

Julie Anne Genter is minister of woman’s affairs in New Zealand and is on the list for the Green Party. Genter was born in Rochester, Minnesota, United States, in 1979, and grew up in Los Angeles, California. She gained a BA in philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley in May 2003.
As Professor Peterson eloquently stated “…..the humanities within the North American Universities have been corrupted by the far left. (Neo-Marxists/Post Modernists).
Genter epitomises the constrained intellectual ability of the NZ coalition government to lead us to a fair and just society. Idealogues like her are a poison to our society. In Genter’s world, if you can’t understand a phenomenon and it goes against your ideology then shut it down by any means. Oh, to be a fly on the wall as these crazy women and white knight men in the halls of power discuss how to counter Peterson’s New Zealand tour starting on Monday.

They have a wonderful phrase for these one-eyed morons that translates as a species of idiot.

For sure…. The journalist has also failed to point out Petersons main objection to the Canadian law, C 16. Peterson, is in fact, not against calling a transgender by a pronoun of their choice. He is, however, against the State demanding that its subjects must use these particular pronouns under the threat of prosecution if they fail to do so. His main point is to do with linguistic control by the State. He says that to demand what people ‘should say’ crosses a red line in free speech. Anyone who has read Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn’s ‘The Gulag Archipelago’ and juxtaposes it with Justin Trudeau’s Ideology, would have seen the red flag. The problem lies within identity politics and basing policy on empathy with a particular tribe, whether that be, gender, race, sexuality, social class, or any of the other thousands of sub tribe identities.
A lot of New Zealand journalists are of a very poor standard and I put that down to their education. A major rule in journalism is to follow the 5W’s, being, Who, Why, What, Where and When. If those are all covered in an article without bias then you’re reading content from a professional.

Interesting point regarding tribal groups.
You’ve left out women as a tribal group.
Surely that is the starting point in feminism until a woman offends their ideology whereas men are indivuals unless they obtain status by association within some group that is granted special status.
