Allegations of Corrupt Family Court Judges
Building further on my past 2 posts.
One mans fight to see his son. It has taken 14 years so far and counting.
He claims the mother lied.
He calls out Judge Timothy Hindmarsh Druce for perjury and acting legally. He further calls out Judge David Burns and how has his verdicts have been overturned six times by a high court Judge.
The Judges did all they could to ruin a good hard-working mans right to see his son.
His son was desperate to see his dad. His son recorded his mothers partners Mr Brian Raymond Wood violence and abuse towards him. (see it in the video).
When will mainline media pick up on this crap? 60 Minutes, please help these children.
There will be a time when history will reveal just what the New Zealand family court Judges are doing and it will be there for all to read.
There will be a time when the Government will have to compensate the real victims. And what is a going rate for a dad who committed suicide at the hand a corrupt family court judge?

It seems you have to;
1. Produce undisputable video, photo, child’s choice evidence at the Family Court.
2. The Family Court rules against the dad based upon testimonial evidence (written but with no proof)from the mother.
3. You then take the matter to the High Court where you win.

Judge Burns decisions are the most over turned decisions. He is not focusing on ensuring he even even rules on probabilities, so High Court can move decisions along. As oral evidence does not count at High Court Level.
Lawyers consumed around 680k
I’m happy to pass opinions, as I know how bad the system is functioning. Cases fall through cracks. Worse is lawyers are not acting concillotory to assist parents lawyers ramp up fires, to cost more. Agreements lacked fundernential key requirements. These people are not experts, they are money extracting sharks, feasting.
Feel free to ask common sense solutions. I paid enough to know what the gell hoes on behind the shroud.

Court parenting lawyers fees are 40k to 50k. Times two each parenting side.
2 years on,

I was demanded 10k ahead at final part, after first 2 years. Lawyer agreed to work at sane as legal aid rate. Then extorted huge sums under pressure with no produced invoice. of COCA with no invoice rendered. It was mediated and lawyer never refunded me anything nor validated with any timesheets on non around 50k. Scant invoices. High Court Registrar stated that same Lawyer should not have been on insolvency case. Lawyer was like acting like a black market mafia lawyer. As I was in her hands I was stuck, to do all she wanted of me. No protection. Litigation anxiety results, impacts people, children, families for years.
Clean your legal fraternity up NZ its a disgraceful shambles. 4 lawyers all buggered everything up however they liked. I am not kidding caveats lapsed without informing client by two lawyers in two separate office firms. How does this shit happen? It is the sliackest industry I have ever experienced. You go to Court you are in for a hell ride. By the time you get released, as you only get released when you are a skelleton of bones left. You are so weak, you cannot stand up for your rights. You are traumatized by what each failing lawyer involved dud to you. Your story is a nightmare.
It is operating in strange ways believe ne. You will lose your good soul going through the nightmare. I have 6p percent parenting begun with 95. So Moline was not even hard. The lawyers were walking all over me. Rulessly.
Stop the unlawfylness of what is going on, by people you are meant to trust. Stop taking part please. Do not trust that system.

Do not enter Family Court.
Last resort.
I have 60 percent parenting. I was declined a supporting person, as if it would go better without. It did not….I was then pushed into signing an agreement once under duress, totally cruel to a breast fed baby. I set it a side day or so after. This place has fast and loose people operating in it. Anyway want to see the train wreck. Find a person, go to their house, see all the legal papers. All the decisions that will show you nothing but tens of thousands hundreds of thousands in my case of money down a toilet. Where decisions all fall down as Lawyers failed to their jobs right. It is a shocking eye opener.
UNBELEVABLE and TRUE. Wake up New Zealand we have a seriously bad family Court riddled with slack workers. I was stung by many who mucked up. These people take hundreds per hours. It is the biggest farciscal out. Its a joke. It is hurting people. I am speaking up as this country’s citizens need to be protected. I was a vulnerable person and am worse after the experience.

I want to start a Family Court Action Group. I want volunteers going to Famuly Court to inform vulnerable about their rights.
A) not be be coerced by Lawyers taking control over them in ways against consumer rights
B) change to Court system to function if public are filibgvto use it, it must emserve NZ. It is not. It is broken, so broken. Tax payers are funding a Neverending broken down mess. Funding too many lawyer for child, as the family cogs are not helped at the start well enough.
C) support people watching over vulnerable people. I was finanical fleeced 280k for what amounted yo a shambles in general. Flawed mess. Random sums demanded off a lawyer who never provided me over 39k invoices yo me ever. This is true, but because that was outside 2 year period, as I was so broken down with anxiety. I was not protected on what happened to me, in any protection back to me. This is against consumer law. I saw absoluteky no consumer activity time sheets from one lawyer ever. Defected an entire case, no refund. No recourse resulted. She promised me invoices and stretched time out beyond 2 years. So no billing review. She manipulated and played me. When I complained it all was a 2 year waste of time. Nothing served me. Conveniently all not obtainable now by her. This STOPS!!!!!!@@!@!!!!!!! I was that vulnerable I was a person in the Court System, who expected honest up front accountability.
This field is rife with Master manipulators. Families stick together all attend appointments please. I had no family support close. I was eaten alive.
It is real, it is happening at all levels across a wide range of lawyers. As I can prove 4 lawyers failed me badly.
Regulation new stronger regulations required on vulnerable people at their weakest emotional times.
How the hell does a person say No to two court cases yet gets filed into them as if this is what is best for you. Nearly 200k in my estimation was involved in those immediate legal fees and cost exposures. Plus losses to properties and it goes on.

I have read your comments and can hear your suffering in your words.
You are not alone.
I have been preparing a case against them for many long years.
While the past cannot be changed as you have said, the future can be changed.
I can promise you a moment exists in the future when justice like never before, will arrive in a courtroom.
They could not contemplate, my desire for justice, for what has happened in the past.
I have heard and seen this evil cancer called justice destroy lives, for money.
Your suffering is my burden, and I suffer for all its victims.

Whoever you are doing those posts.
It is good to hear them.
It is good to have a little vent for your emotions.
People have read what you say.
They have experienced similar themselves.
We learn from each other.
You made a fair judgement that things were dishonest.
That things are dishonest that should not be dishonest.
Desire must be tempered with reason.
Justice is not always justice if it’s righteousness.
However dishonesty is not justice or righteousness.
Take a deep breath.
Look to find something in the future.
A realistic goal.
Find self worth in the things you do.
Put your trust in others.
Reward dishonesty by your absence from it.

It is to pluck out ones eye.
As the eye saw it and knew it does wrong.
Pluck it out so it cannot see.
Then the evil cannot happen.
In real life they knowingly gather no information.
The public cannot see as the family court is secret.
In real life they knowingly gather no information.
The public cannot see as the coroner court is secret.
What then the public, are they not blind.
It is justice that plucked out its own eye.
So the public cannot see.

Hi,
I’m currently busy in the family court and have received judgement against me.
My daughter has been given to her mother who recently received a police warning for assaulting her. She now stays with her mother who abused her, and her mothers ex husband, who is a convicted rapist. I on the other hand, the one who reported the assault, can only get supervised visits until I complete a family violence course. Besides her assaulting our daughter, she has punched me in the face on occasion with evidence provided in court. So as the victim, I’ve been ordered by the court to attend family violence classes. I do admit that I threatened her verbally once after she became threatening with a knife in front of all the kids. She recorded the verbal threat.
Can this be taken to the high court. Judge was judge burns. I can not understand how my daughter is given to her abuser and a rapist and I am only allowed supervised contact?

#16 Tee. Look at the link at the top of the page where it says “Support for Men”. There is a link for the Hillsbro Support Group. We have meetings every Thursday evening. I strongly suggest you attend. Bring any Court paperwork you have and pen and paper to write on. Trust me, you will be given a lot of advice and you will not remember it.

I have been through the family court twice, lawyer for child was present twice. The mother admitted that she had been forcing their response to say they didn’t want to see me, and the second time the family court lawyer told me my daughter had written a list of things to discuss with her and my ex was questioned on it. Don’t ever admit you have had depression either because the system 100% favors the mother even with an existing parenting order they can break it mulptiple times and nothing gets done about it.

#21 – LFCs are a real piece of work. Mine actually lied to maintain her preconceived views because she knew she probably thought she would look like an idiot if she admitted she was wrong. Often LFCs are women who themselves were abused and project their own beliefs rather than adopting a fact based approach. Unconscious bias comes to mind 🙂

The video wasn’t deleted as such, the account to which it was uploaded was terminated so the video is no longer visible.
It is not necessarily completely lost. If you Google videos on terminated you tube accounts there are various processes to recover the video.
It is not as you suggest that this site can’t link to the video.

In some ways, I am innocent, of writing it.
I can blame my subconscious, as the author.
Written while in a state, of managed psychosis.
It is definitely the case, that I had to read what I have written.
After I wrote it.
It’s like an instruction manual.
The thief is the hard part to work out.
What is the treasure.
I definitely had no idea, when I wrote it.
But I have that worked out now.
It is what is precious to the owner of the house.
The owner being the human judge.
And no man is without sin.
It is his innocence, that will be stolen.
