Courts right to decide paternity

As per the current family court policies it can be decided by the court to place paternal responsibilities on a father without proving paternity in many situations.

Studies also show that as many as 1 in 10 fathers are not biologically the fathers of their children and can end up raising and paying child support for a child that is not theirs.
It is suggested that if there is a chance of children being someone else’s in cases where cheating is suspected being as high as 30%.

It’s suggested that all fathers get a paternity test done in order to insure your position and legal responsibilities before you could possibly end up with a lifetime of responsibility to children who might not be yours.
