I have seen many, attempts at looking at the family court.
The first I paid attention to, was by the head judge.
Having also just read, of teenage fathers and suicide.
I was surprised to hear, nothing was wrong.
In context, we must accept something.
Society has dramatically changed, and law struggles to keep up.
And democracy has a flaw, in the power of the majority.
Who then will judge the courts past, if it’s only the historian.
After all the years and investigations, men have been ignored.
Even in Australia, they must have a new way of having cases.
While it may be necessary, to change.
It may be better even then, to keep what you have.
Is it not change, that creates problems.
A new thing made, and society has to adapt.
The new thing of the family court, is a significant cultural change.
Somehow law must manage, the broken home.
Estates in dispute, and failing parents and authorities.
There are many of life’s oddities, that need resolution.
What new court then, as there must be one.
And any type of law, should have specialist judges.
The problem then, should not be the court itself.
Bias against men, must have another cause.
It must be a human thing, to judge them differently.
Do we not judge a boys act, differently to a girls act.
The family court, only a result of humans fighting.
The aggrieved wanting justice, and predators wanting more.
Culture changed so rapidly, what now are the rules.
Despite all the laws, things seem almost lawless.
Unless of course, the family court is in your life.
Then it can demonstrate, it’s power over humans.
To men and women, it can make them beg.
If it’s your children, is it not a precious thing they judge.
Inquiring into outcomes, should never stop.

The sad fact is that any inquiry or reforms will be a tire kicking exercise. Unless Individuals (Judges/Lawyers etc) change or are removed, men will always be disadvantaged. The laws themselves seem quite balanced but in the hands of Judges/Lawyers who have been stirring the family court cauldron for decades – the recipe will never change.

The family court in New Zealand, Australia, other western countries is designed to put men and fathers in a position of hopelessness. To take away property rights, fathers rights. Childrens rights too.
It is a make-believe way to hand over property and belongings inside that property by calling it the family home. In those three, magic words “the family home” the woman, who has further special powers called “we will believe you”, who never saved a deposit by going without for 5-7 years, who never worked 2 jobs to pay down the mortgage, who never did their own maintenance in the weekends, who during those hard beginnings, drove a crappy car, shopped for food with a calculator, fixed his own car, didn’t go out to the pub with his mates, did not go overseas or have other holidays.
To award violence against him on a hearsay when there has not been any violence or anything significant. To stop children from seeing dad.
To leave the mother to alienage the father without recourse.
All just so a dad gets to be marched out of his house, his property he had before he met her. To leave his property and most of his belongings. Only take his clothing. To not see his children. And that’s even before the matter reaches a courtroom. It is called without notice.
A hearing is held in complete secrecy, no media, no publication, or publication without names. No accountability or peer review.
In the 1940’s it was the disabled, Jews and gypsy’s murdered for their belongings and property. In the 1800’s, and 1900’s the black Africans by the whip and obtuse courtrooms awarding hangings.

And if that isn’t enough to cause suicide the IRD is there to force him into a position of ongoing further hopelessness for life.
The sickening bit is they blame the father health when he commits suicide. They say he was sick. He was unwell. He had mental health.
Grown kids, if your dad ended his life in this way, he was not sick, he was not unwell, he was not insane. He was abused to a point where he could not cope with the total and utter destruction of his life’s work and the knowledge you were alienated and estranged from him.
The Australian family court was abolished last year because of the wholesale suicides, murders of children by their parents, child suicide.
To hide the details, give brief descriptions of just a handful of those suicides.
It speaks volumes for New Zealand. It’s way of abusing dads, blaming dads, pushing them to end their lives.
It is nothing short of repugnant to continue to ignore what is happening, what continues to transpire without accountability.

I agree with what you are saying Lukenz.
I have watched footage of a Nazi court in action, and NZ court personally.
I don’t think this is the same, while your example shows it is similar.
Thankfully things are not as brutal, as your comparison.
It however can’t be ignored, that what you described takes place.
Males can be asset striped, and excluded as a parent.
Thousands upon thousands of men, have experienced depression and worse.
It’s seems to me, humans are up to there old tricks.
The demands so great, now behaviours can easily be persecution.
Once targeted, everything the male does needs more justice.
Little however is known, about this secret court.
It only exists in stories, handed down in quiet conversation.
Often by family and friends, at barbecues and funerals.
