Johnny Depp, Brave Complainant

Filed under: General — Ministry of Men's Affairs @ 4:56 pm Thu 2nd June 2022

Men throughout the ‘developed’ world owe Johnny Depp a great deal of gratitude. He has bravely stood up in an anti-male witch-hunt era to challenge what he claimed were false allegations. Not many men have the money to do this and he has invested heavily in doing so.

Feminists and a compliant justice system are increasingly acting as though allegations are never false, or if they are it’s not very important. For those who haven’t seen any of the YouTube videos of the JD proceedings, especially Ms Heard’s efforts to make herself cry as she told her stories, it’s worth a look. The psychologist and psychiatrist expert witnesses are also worth seeing with JD’s experts both doing a thorough, ethical job and critiquing the shoddy work of the experts for Ms Heard’s side. The lawyers’ summing up was also interesting. Despite the US law being somewhat different from NZ, the similarities were surprising and observing the proceedings would provide a lot of knowledge that might be useful should any man ever face formal allegations of partner violence. And man, it’s a better Court drama than most that you would see on tv or movies!

Public release of the entire trial (minus legal discussions between counsels and judge) was impressive and has confronted the public with important issues, for example:
It has discredited the demand by #metoo and other feminist supporters that women’s allegations should always be believed.
It has shown that a man can be the victim of malicious partner violence committed by a woman.
It has proven that false allegations can easily be made and repeated for various reasons.
It has reminded the public of the extent to which people can go to manufacture evidence of violence against them.
It has highlighted the foolishness of prejudging cases by referring to accusers as ‘victims’ before their accusations have been properly tested.
It has highlighted the foolishness of treating a woman’s apparent crying in Court as if it’s evidence supporting her allegations, which unfortunately is often what guilty verdicts against men are based on.
It has educated the people about Borderline Personality Disorder, the huge emotional distress associated with this disorder and its distortion of a sufferer’s thinking that facilitates malicious attacks and false allegations some of which are actually believed by the accuser.
It has highlighted how unfair it can be in partner violence cases to categorize one party as ‘victim’ even when that same party was also the predominant perpetrator of violence.
It has highlighted the fallacy of categorizing parties as ‘victim’ and ‘perpetrator’ at all because in this case (as in the majority of partner violence cases) both parties were violent to each other in various ways.

The judge in this case deserves great respect for avoiding unnecessary disruption and for avoiding gender-biased management of these proceedings. Full public scrutiny of these proceedings is likely to have helped maintain good balance, whereas many cases involving allegations of partner or domestic violence are conducted in secret without public scrutiny. Sadly, Courts far too often stack the scales of justice against a male accused, as indeed have law changes over recent decades including last year’s Sexual Violence Legislation Act 2021 passed by the Ardern government (in the previous government NZ First stopped Ardern’s lot from passing this legislation because of its threat to justice for accused).

Sadly, only an unrealistic optimist might hope the Johnny Depp case will start to swing justice systems again towards fairness for accused men.

  1. “This is the day you will always remember as the day you almost caught Captain Jack Sparrow”

I recall one of the things Amber did was she had crapped on their bed and blamed it on the dog. Thing is the dog was too small for the size of the poo.

Amber has to pay Johnny more than US $10 Million.

Likely unemployable and no man will go near her now.

…I could be wrong but I think do not under estimate,, at least only peril.

  4. Geez how shameful, for the UK legal system.
Should the queen now act, in Depp vs The Sun.
Certainly confidence in truth finding, is at a troubling state.
Is it not true, Depp was stoped from giving evidence.
He definitely presented, a lot of the same evidence.
Yet they believed, a dozen things as probable.
But we have learnt, facts don’t exist for them.
He was labeled a wife beater, by the UK legal system.
Apparently she beat him, but didn’t hit him.
That is evidence, we can have confidence in.

“The court found no evidence to support Depp’s claim of a hoax, stating that “if Ms Heard had been constructing a hoax there are various measures which she might have taken, but which she did not.”

I personally don’t think Heard, was planning anything.
Someone doing that, would try to capture evidence.
Someone doing that, would create evidence.
Someone doing that, would intentionally make conflict.
As that argument implies, she didn’t do that.
    I am probably, joking.

The seconds from disaster moment, was getting the protection order.
After that, inherently the stories kept growing.
As it required justification, from the media.
    And Heard, loved the media.

Yet I listened, to the questions of the verdict.
They are blatant, in saying she lied.

Depps lawyer lied, but by making an assumption.
Saying she did something, that she didn’t do.
Being probable, they also lied by assumption.
Maybe they will try, to forget it all happened in the UK.

  5. What a great day for democracy and restoring
some confidence in the legal and justice system.
@lukenz Amber disclosed that she identified as
bisexual so she will probably go full lesbian now.
I think she does not show any empathy for male
victims of abuse. I do not however think that
this is finished and I can only presume that this
will continue on in some form or another. There is
such a massive emotional toll for all parties
involved and I have not followed any of it, due to
the fact of our ‘privacy laws’. All I needed to know
was that there is a court preceeding for Johnny and
Amber that they wanted to disclose. There was a verdict,
which I did not really follow, (it makes no difference,
I would like to see more consistency in the courts
    from now onwards).

  6. @5 Democracy was only brought about because the decision was made by a jury of 12 from the community rather than an unbalanced feminist Judge.

In my view, using alimony laws that came about from a time when women did not work, stayed home, raised children to be good citizens rather than the monsters, leading on to the creation of gangs we see today. Gangs the now the grown children see as the only family they had, will have.

This was a defamation test and not a closed secret family court. I suppose you could say Johnny found a way to recover the cash Amber ripped him when they separated. Money she never should have been entitled to in the first place because she worked, she had no children to Depp and he married her for only 2 years 2015-2017.

  9. She could easily earn the fine, with a book deal.
If Depp was brave, imagine being publisher of the book.

I watched Heard, when they read the verdict.
It’s not hard to tell, that was a harsh experience.
    When then, is punishment enough.
It is a test then, for humans.
Certainly they will struggle, with forgiveness.

First woman to lose an argument with a man.

  11. I have joined the RESPONDENT movement by Greg Ellis, a long time friend of Johnny Depp.
Many of the concerns we have seen in NZ are discussed by the RESPONDENT Community – Alienation, False accusations, Psychological harm and false accusations – tactics most often used by WOMEN – known GENDER differences our courts have chosen to ignore – and lawyers who manipulate and enflame Conflict for profit. In our own story in NZ, a lawyer for child lied to the courts, covered up the alienation of the child and the severe psychological harm caused by the mother who was also suspected of having mental health concerns – as identified by the NZ courts own independent psychologist for the child. Where do you go when this happens? There is no where to go! We have a system that covered up this crime – refusing to investigate to protect its own reputation and retain trust. The reality is however that Children are manipulated and the offenders who harm, exploit and alienate the vulnerable are protected to encourage CONFLICT for Profit – and until that is stopped the system will continue to prey upon and exploit the most vulnerable in society and get away with it.

  12. I see two murder cases, have been overturned.
In both cases, the police lied.
In both cases, the interviews were corrupt.

They are men, so it’s minor news.
One was accused of rape, despite it not being his semen.
One the police knew it wasn’t him, but charged anyway.
One was a made up story, with the other actors proven innocent.

The police got promoted, and didn’t get any prison time.
In both cases, I believe the men got extra time.

  13. Depp won, but the feminists will retake the narrative.
They still try, to convince us Depp is an abuser.
Even his pursuit of justice, is labeled a type of abuse.
The UK case, stands as proof of guilt unquestioned.
The public reaction, swayed the jury.
    Somehow important evidence, wasn’t presented.
Judge only trials, are somehow more trustworthy.
It was televised, affecting with more trauma the victim.
Truth is changed, by the wealth and power of men.
She was even shortchanged, not getting 50:50 of assets.
Depp wasn’t charged, for grabbing her in self defence.

So despite public support, for what happened to Depp.
Slowly but certainly, feminists will continue with there hate.
This will be replaced in response, with new stories of men.
It’s easy for them to sensationalise, the wrongs of men.

  14. It can not be overlooked that Drugs and Alcohol cause untenable and dangerous atmospheres, our own statistics of violence behind doors are awash with these substances.

The entertainment industry thrives alongside drug taking, artiste have long used for inspiration.
Johnny Depp is obviously such a user.. this young woman was indeed out of her deppth.

If a liar, it was her defence against what she had decided for her life, to marry a man she had fallen for, old fashioned ideal?,, maybe stay away from the starry eyed artiste. If she is to be the latest figure head for women she is doing alright, a new baby without the need for a Father and al the thoughts of the nasty women who would have turned her if they had gotten to her early enough… but perhaps Miss Heard is an old fashioned girl in a modern who just wanted it all.
If she had wanted to bring down Depp she had plenty of opportunity over the years, if she is not a liar.

  15. I think people miss the point, with her motive.
She never had one, as the behaviour was disorder driven.
    Her disorder, was talked about.
It was fame, and she got all she was driven to get.

Ask yourself, what was next from Heard.
If Depp didn’t sue, to stop things.
What more of a story, would be made for fame.
Would she not be today, a hero of feminism.

A symptom of the disorder, is kinky sex.
    Not saying, that’s 100% certain.
But she did make a story, of kinky sex.

Strangely the sex life, wasn’t talked about in the media.

  17. It’s important to have, the opposite point of view.
Yes you do need to hold your nerve, reading it.

    https://www.stuff.co.nz/opinion/128846237/the-cost-amber-heards-loss-carries-for-victims-of-partner-violence?dicbo=v2-631cb9bad2220d17715184e8522d4f08

It’s also important, to explain what’s wrong with it.

“Dr Natalie Thorburn is principal policy adviser at Women’s Refuge.”

Funded by the government, to help create policy and comment.
Stuff then encounters, a human rights act violation.
Try then, to give the men’s policy advisor a call.
Not just at men’s refuge, but anywhere government funded.
There is no rebuttal, of the other point of view.
The crown makes an effort for women, but none for men.

Obviously some things said, was ‘borderline’ nonsense.

Yesterday men were found guilty, some proved innocence.
Today men get accused, and some women get exposed as false.
Tomorrow, exactly the same things will happen.
Nothing, actually changed in her fantasyland of DV.
