This is what you get with non disclosure of evidence.

Andrew Malkinson now aged 57 spent 17 years in prison for a crime he never committed.

– 10 of those years were because he maintained his innocence.
– The police unlawfully destroyed evidence that would have cleared Andrew.
– While assistance chief constable Sara Jackson wrote an apology to Andrew, it contained the following further error. “We are absolutely committed to follow all new lines of enquiry.” Here’s the thing. There is no new line of enquiry, the police had the evidence 17 years ago, but decided not to use or reveal it and then went on to destroy it. When is the trial for the person or people who did that?

  1. You can imagine the scenario, of it happening.
There is a genuine victim, who deserves justice.
So the police, do there best to find a suspect.
The victim for many reason, has no memory reliable.
They never saw, the offenders face for example.
It’s not a miracle, to randomly pick the suspect in a line up.
At no point was there an error, the suspect fitted the crime.
I don’t know enough, to decide about dodgy policing.

But as we know, the innocent person gets found guilty.
They may have been, walking buy at the time.
Drove the car, on the same road.
Met the person, in the past.
There is many suspects, a crime may have hundreds.
Guilt was not proven, it was innocence not proven.

History is endlessly full, of hanging the wrong man.
There seems few solutions, to the problem.
Did the police, try and prove his innocence.
They certainly tried, to prove his guilt.

  2. DJ, I look forward to your response, as you have ignored my team and my efforts to reach you.

You need to get your life together, have some therapy, learn about women, and learn what feminism even is.
When writing out your opinions, be sure to get the statistics correct and explain them further to authenticate your ideas.

I appreciate your concern for men and their wellbeing, but, in doing so, try not to be misogynistic.

  3. First I’ve heard, about anybody contacting me.
I can’t ignore something, that hasn’t actually happened.
Something must be very wrong, to contact me.
I have even written once, that I should be left alone.

That was years ago, and for me there’s a reward.
Because I have been left alone, I have written lots of things.
I know my subjects, far better than I expected.
Maybe someone will contact me, to stop me writing.

  4. An important point, is the ten years extra.
Think about that, parole hearing one after the other.
Nobody has stoped to think, who would do that.

Think then if that’s the only reason, for not getting parole.
The only reason for being in prison, was his innocence.
That can never be, a reason for imprisonment.

His case is far worse, than just serving time.
So I have no choice, but to be apparently misogynistic.
This is not a subject, for feminism wanting equality.

Women at least, are guilty when in prison.

  5. Do you seriously think women are never wrongly imprisoned? Nobody denies the holes in the legal system, but claiming that it is gender specific is delusional. This case is tragic. Using this man’s experience to make a statement about women is wrong.
Now allow me to speak your language and communicate in broken up sentences that make no sense.

    DJ, Ward
    you are, incorrect
    everything you say, is silly
maybe you, should fact check your claims
    and, perhaps
    go, to therapy
    much, love

  6. Women don’t get wrongly imprisoned, for rape.
I have read of other cases, of wrongly convicted women.
So what you don’t give us, is your statistics.
I can give you statistics, look on this website.
This is a men’s website, where we talk about men.
You are derogatory, and it’s tiring.

Can you give me gender statistics, on wrongful convictions.
What about DNA cold cases, it’s all men wrongly convicted.
This is not only about rape, it’s about many crimes.
Domestic violence, and false child abuse cases.
You can accuse males of anything, and nobody cares.
Think of the Palestine male, how he’s automatically guilty.

The life of a man, has no value.

  7. A bit of a video recap of what happened in Andrew’s own words.

  8. It’s an interesting case, because the evidence is gone.
To be certain of his innocence, DNA testing was needed.
So the police destroyed it, so what is the truth.
He may be guilty, we would never know.

He gives a convincing argument, of not doing courses.
To complete the course, he has to create a story.
He didn’t offend, but must recount offending.
How can you make yourself lie, about such a thing.

If DNA was present, that’s great proof.
Why wasn’t it tested, to prove he was guilty.
Witnesses and scenarios, are weak versions of evidence.
With full confidence of guilt, the police should have tested DNA.

But now we don’t 100% know, what is the truth.

  9. It can be a huge amount of work, for a court case.
All the evidence, could be boxes of meaningless stuff.
How far does disclosure go, what’s realistic to do.
How long do you keep records, you need warehouses.

Maybe it’s about the person, do they maintain innocence.
If they admit the crime, then the evidence is not needed.
Is it once they serve there time, it gets destroyed.
The case looks very bad, showing why not to destroy evidence.

We should thank the lawyer, who helped this man.
All it took was basic questions, looking for proof either way.
There is no thanks for the lawyers, who failed to do that.
When the evidence existed, they never questioned it existing.

It’s a simple question, does anything exist with DNA on it.

  10. D.J. Rather than turning your phrases into grammatically flawed poetry, I urge you to start writing sentences correctly. Or perhaps give up on writing completely. Although you do have a point in some instances, I don’t see any actual data or proof to support it. Though it’s not a well-run site, I get that this is a men’s website that addresses concerns specific to men. The goal was to increase awareness and provide clarification on topics pertaining to men, such as mental health, domestic abuse, and the veracity of charges. I say it with respect and openness, even if what has actually happened is that this site has turned into a haven for misogyny, fear of women, and masculinism. Kindly put down your pen and pick up some feminism.
