Look at how easy things are, to ruin the man’s life.
Look at the cost of the allegation, to everyone concerned.
Child services and police, lawyers and judges.
We pay for all that, and we just got ripped off.
Why is the man’s punishment, automatic and to when in time.
When he has to pay more money, for another court case.
You are guilty until you prove your innocence, in the family court.
Nothing happens about the allegation, being nonsense or lies.
Nothing compensates the father, for the abuse he experienced.
The investigation and rumours, the reputation damage.
The mother can just do it again, the lawyers won’t mind.
Pity the article is short on statistics, how prolific is this scenario.
Worse because that’s a failure, many mothers succeed.
Without notice your life can be ruined, the ban is permanent.

Some things defy logic, but nevertheless they happen.
“Frustrated as the process continued, Brendon reacted in an email to his ex partner and called her a “poor excuse for a mother”.
Subsequently, after a judge termed the phrase psychological abuse, the woman applied for a protection order, which further delayed the court.”
How is her accusations, not psychological abuse.
It’s automatic, she calls him a poor excuse for a father.
Calls him an abuser and anything she wants, but it’s not called abuse.
If a man criticises a woman, it’s like the world is ending.
But it you criticise a man, they are expected to have no emotions
“Six months after he lost shared custody, Brendon filed a Without Notice Application to try to get time with him.
It was unsuccessful and in March a Judge ordered him to pay his ex partner $3000 he didn’t have after she filed for the costs of responding to his application.“
Just wow the female false accusations, result in no repercussions.
But if your a man and fail, you have to pay reparations.
How dare the man fight back, a woman is upset.

NZ is a sexually bigoted nation, the results say everything.
From conception onwards, the father is meaningless.
You’re not getting paternity leave, or getting any services.
If your partner wants custody, anything could happen.
Relationships do that, they learn the bad things about you.
The government gets its reward, for not caring about you.
You will bankrupt yourself in court, fighting for crumbs.
You will pay for everything, and get nothing in return.
That is the life of the father, to the NZ government.
If that is not true, explain NZ statically.
From conception onward, the father has no rights to equality.
It doesn’t matter the subject, genders are treated differently.
There is to much money involved, to stop all the corruption.
Like moral or ethical corruption, maybe even intellectual.
You can expose them with simple questions, with statistics.
How many men’s refuge beds, or police safety order statistics.
Money spent by gender on services, like the Human Rights Commission.
The Family Court can get away with bigotry, just as everyone else is.
