This is a good challenge, to a law.

As the baby is a person, or it’s not a person.
When in a pregnancy, can they start claiming privilege.
As many woman could claim pregnancy, for the privilege.
Anti abortion activists, certainly make claims the foetus is a person.
The law has a contradiction, that should side on a persons rights.
What rights does a foetus have, to be counted equally.
Or do we ignore pregnancy, requiring birth.
Does every decision like Dobbs, cause new arguments.
Once the dust settles, new SCOTUS cases will occur.
