We can’t say that women have never been criminals. I recall as a child the local Postmistress being jailed for “borrowing’ money in an elaborate fraud that eventually became too big to conceal. Certainly there is a frequency and variety of offending that we now see in the media, that we didn’t see before.

In case we need reminding, men’s suffering of abuse, violence and disadvantage is often covered up while for women it is highlighted. Here are a few stories in today’s papers showing this.

Perjury is worth a lot to legal-workers, as it fuels most of the meritless cases that consume time and waste costs in our caughts. It wastes the money of tax paying parties too.
