So in how many of these cases is sentencing determined by what Women’s Refuge have to say. Women’s Refuge chief executive Heather Henare said the case had brought the organisation into disrepute but it was not the sentence or reparation figure they were concerned with. “What we want to achieve is for Kathy to get […]
Judge Javier Albar ruled a driving school was within its rights to charge female drivers a higher rate than men on a course of driving lessons. The Zaragoza driving school was initially fined [Euro]4000 for sexual discrimination, but Albar overturned the ruling when the school appealed and presented research to prove its claims that men […]

Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not trying to advertise this because I think it is a good idea. Any covert operators looking for the inside running. Wonder who the special guests might be.

Full Story As far as a San Jose appeals court is concerned, parents don’t need to spare the rod with their children. The court has ruled that using a wooden spoon for a spanking that causes serious bruising should not necessarily translate into a finding of child abuse. In a ruling designed to establish legal […]
Story Here A man in Texas apparently wanted to party with his friends so badly he staged his own kidnapping so his wife wouldn’t give him a hard time about leaving the house. Now he faces criminal charges and, likely, an even angrier wife. Oh dear… Andaverde was charged with making a false report to […]

Look-out, look-out, another Feminist-Male looking for a medal. As far as I can see no-one has invented a Feminist-Male medal yet. I think they should be viewed as the pirates of society. I nominate the first candidate as Peter Dunne. If you have a candidate for the Feminist-Male medal nominate them in a comment below.
First Story The victim was female, the two offenders were female and the Judge was female – but the show is far from ladylike.
This case has same flavour as the recent $100,000 Women’s Refuge theft case. I asked the question then how often these situations had been processed through the Axminster system (swept under the carpet) rather than the court system.
Sun 6th October 2013:
White Fibbin’ supporters often defend their campaign by asserting they have a right to focus on the particular issue of protecting women from male violence, and if other people wish to focus on other forms of violence they are welcome to do so. Another justification offered is that it is a campaign started by men […]
We don’t see many Family Court cases reported on – every male needs to read this one. There are some hard lessons for the boys here within the realm of no fault divorce. http://www.stuff.co.nz/business/money/9249179/Woman-wins-70-of-assets-in-divorce If anyone finds a link to the actual judgement can you please add the link in a comment.
Sat 5th October 2013:
The Ministry of Menz Affairs Black Ribbon Campaign today in Red Square, Tauranga received a surprising amount of positive encouragement and support from Saturday shoppers and cruising teenagers. Busking added to the event stimulating interest and goodwill and included nursery rhymes for families who stopped on their way past. A number of people spoken to […]
One thing that surprises me is what people imagine about history simply because of one piece of information. ‘New Zealand gave women the vote.’ (One that regularly amuses me.)
The frequency and brutality of female offending is definitely on the rise. Men are increasingly in a damned if you do, damned if you don’t situation. What is the next generation going to look like with an increasing number of children suffering the consequences of universal suffrage.
Fri 4th October 2013:
We must remember that only men commit violence and only women experience it, at least to any extent worth acknowledging or worrying about. That’s why our government through several of its departments funds the anti-male hate-speech White Fibbin’ Campaign. On Tuesday we heard feminst Radio NZ (paid for by taxes from both men and women) […]
Thu 3rd October 2013:
Representatives of the Ministry of Men’s Affairs (a community group because successive governments have failed to respect the voice and welfare of men) will be present at protests each Saturday in October to coincide with the male-denigrating White Ribbon Campaign. The protests will will encourage people to wear a black ribbon instead to show they […]
Tue 1st October 2013:
From the office of Hon Turiana Turia, Associate Minister for Social Development. I think though I’m not certain that several of those appointed were instrumental in trying to wreck the Glenn project, perhaps dredging up the unsupported historical allegation against Owen Glenn. I don’t think this ‘new expert advisory group’ includes any expertise on violence […]
Sun 29th September 2013:
Here we have it from the UN Secretary-General; it is not the century of global warming or Middle East humanitarian crisis, no, it’s the century of women!
We can’t say that women have never been criminals. I recall as a child the local Postmistress being jailed for “borrowing’ money in an elaborate fraud that eventually became too big to conceal. Certainly there is a frequency and variety of offending that we now see in the media, that we didn’t see before.
Thu 26th September 2013:
In case we need reminding, men’s suffering of abuse, violence and disadvantage is often covered up while for women it is highlighted. Here are a few stories in today’s papers showing this.
Wed 25th September 2013:
Perjury is worth a lot to legal-workers, as it fuels most of the meritless cases that consume time and waste costs in our caughts. It wastes the money of tax paying parties too.

The New Zealand Army is recruiting. This is probably relevant to a younger age group than the average MENZ reader, but some of you may have kids who could be interested.
