“New” Expert Advisory Group on Family Violence Announced

Tue 1st October 2013:

From the office of Hon Turiana Turia, Associate Minister for Social Development. I think though I’m not certain that several of those appointed were instrumental in trying to wreck the Glenn project, perhaps dredging up the unsupported historical allegation against Owen Glenn. I don’t think this ‘new expert advisory group’ includes any expertise on violence […]

Century of women

Sun 29th September 2013:

Here we have it from the UN Secretary-General; it is not the century of global warming or Middle East humanitarian crisis, no, it’s the century of women!

Where is the deterrent for female offending?

We can’t say that women have never been criminals. I recall as a child the local Postmistress being jailed for “borrowing’ money in an elaborate fraud that eventually became too big to conceal. Certainly there is a frequency and variety of offending that we now see in the media, that we didn’t see before.

Men Don’t Matter

Thu 26th September 2013:

In case we need reminding, men’s suffering of abuse, violence and disadvantage is often covered up while for women it is highlighted. Here are a few stories in today’s papers showing this.

Value of Perjury

Wed 25th September 2013:

Perjury is worth a lot to legal-workers, as it fuels most of the meritless cases that consume time and waste costs in our caughts. It wastes the money of tax paying parties too.

The New Zealand Army is recruiting. This is probably relevant to a younger age group than the average MENZ reader, but some of you may have kids who could be interested.

Disproportionate sentencing

I could have posted this under one of the other pussy pass posts but seriously this is more than sick enough to warrant its own post.

Gender difference?

Fri 20th September 2013:

We had an interesting experience recently. We stopped as required at a 1-lane bridge to let cars approaching from the other direction get over the bridge first.

Female drink driver let off by judge

No doubt all judges will have to use this as precedence when the next woman is charged with a drink driving offence. Pity these no similar reference set for males. http://www.stuff.co.nz/dominion-post/news/9187817/Drink-drive-teen-let-off-by-judge

Samantha Geimer “Woman of the Century”

In case I am misunderstood in this post Video and incorrectly labelled by the ‘Lace Curtain’ brigade, let me make one thing clear, I abhor rape and in particular, paedophilia. 40 Years ago Film Director, Roman Polanski, did indeed have intercourse with a 13 year old and committed statutory rape. Rape of any type is […]

The jury reflects the public’s degree of discernment

Wed 18th September 2013:

Coughing fit led to elbow attack, court told. Crown prosecutor Mr Mcdiarmid told the jury an assault was to touch someone intentionally without their consent, and didn’t need to be hard or cause an injury. This case will hold an interesting outcome for two reasons: 1. Will a jury view a case, with no injury […]

Men on Strike – book review

Men on Strike – Why Men are Boycotting Marriage, Fatherhood and the American Dream, and Why it Matters. By Helen Smith PhD. Although this new book about men is written by a woman, she clearly likes men, and listens to what men say, both socially and professionally in her practice as a psychologist. She also […]

Male offender: Bristol Clauses. Female Offender: Pussy Pass.

Mon 16th September 2013:

Step right up ladies and gentlemen to see yet another unbelievable act of mental gymnastics, flexible ideology and creative justice. When a man did it we got the Bristol Clauses with feminist claims that all men are potential child murderers no matter how they might appear, and we saw tens of thousands of men treated […]

Suicidal subspecies

Sun 15th September 2013:

http://www.stuff.co.nz/national/9166782/Disturbing-trend-in-boomer-suicides The following comments are based on the above article by Sarah Harvey. The post-World War II population bubble is just that, a post-war population-bubble. For some reason people born into that era seem to be viewed as a genetic deviation to the human race, their existence conveniently answering awkward questions for lazy researchers. Baby […]

United Nations demands money

Sat 14th September 2013:

The following article gives insight into the philosophical position of the particular division of the United Nations responsible for women. I can easily see there being real resistance, (not a backlash against equality) to offering money to people who think like this especially when you get down to this piece. “Women need equal access to […]

Women’s economic empowerment

http://www.catapult.org/project/online-employment-training-women-workers UN Women’s Knowledge Gateway for Women’s Economic Empowerment will launch in September 2013. It is an online platform for women’s economic empowerment. The article goes on to quote the United Nations; Women bear a disproportionate burden of the world’s poverty. They are often paid less than men for their work and employed in insecure, […]

White Ribbon People Should be Speaking Up Against These Children

Fri 13th September 2013:

White Fibber Campaign conscripts pledge never to commit, support or fail to speak up against violence towards women. So why aren’t we hearing them challenge the children and other critics of this woman who are subjecting her to the most serious verbal abuse? Scathing obit about abusive US mother goes viral 6:44 PM Friday Sep […]

The Consequence of Father Removal

“Of course she loved the child”, and that’s why she tried to deprive her daughter of the father’s love and protection. And now “I’ve lost everything”. Poor thing.
