Woman Murders 5-year-old boy

Michaela Barriball, a woman aged 27 took Master Malachi Subecz’s into her care 11 months ago. She proceeded to carry out daily assaults.

– Picked him up off the ground by his hair
– Thrown him into walls
– Held him underwater when in the bath
– Verbal abused him
– Failed to provide him medical assistance
– Causing him to be malnourished

What a nasty bitch. She deserves the maximum penalty.

  1. She has not been sentenced, so we have to wait for that.

The question is, how did the child end up with her.
Was there no questions, when she applied for the benefit.
Why wasn’t the child, placed with family.
Why wasn’t not going to school, checked on.
Why didn’t the other adults, act on the abuse.
Did she have a record, that would stop a man getting custody.
    Actually, where is the father.
After all, the child was in effect an orphan.
Although with good reason, the state was involved in that.

  3. You can bet your bottom dollar that the father will be to blame for this. Speaking from experience.

My ex has two sets of convictions for child abuse (most from above). DV was reported by the father (me) and both CYFS (which it was at the time) and police both sat back and did nothing.

The system will take no responsibility for this (in fact I wouldnt put it past them to make up stories).

As for checks by schools. Well my daughters school kept there mouth shut.

How many times are we seeing kids being abused my the mother or caregivers?

  4. @3 The problem the authorities had this time was the father was in prison, a fairly strong alibi, and there was a dead 5-year-old boy with marks all over his body.

She was found guilty of murder. Murder of a 5-year-old.

Life in prison, minimum 30 years. Even then, her debt to this little boy will not be repaid.

  5. A sad case of a child used for income, not raising a child.
Even when she was failing, she resisted the child’s family.

I don’t think the biological father, has any involvement.
Not in terms, of knowing of the abuse.
But in culture, he failed to protect and provide.
The killers boyfriend, is a different story.
And others with close contact, of the child.
    People knew, abuse was happening.

A child placed, into a never parented home.
As well as creating a new, solo mother.
Living in less than ideal, accommodation.

A friend with a long term partner, can’t have kids.
They are successful, and will be good parents.
They have investigated, trying for adoption but gave up.
Yet here we are, choosing the worst option.

She has pled guilty, so there will be a discount.

  6. Women were a mistake. Jesus could have asked for a Camaro.

  7. I think the decision to make them, came well before Jesus of Nazareth.
And I’m pretty certain, if it could ask presently it would at least get an EV.

  9. The violent killings, usually have brain injuries.
But there are plenty more women, child killers.

I read today about cot deaths, researching causes.
Not once did they mention, the known cause of many.

The mother was smart, and got away with murder.
    Smothering, leaves no evidence.

  10. Science can be applied, to cot deaths.
The autopsy will expose 1/5, as genuine cot deaths.
Next is genetics, as that’s new I haven’t seen data.
But eventually, it will expose genuine cot deaths.
Other things like birthweight, can also be genuine.

But after all that, cause of death should not be given.
If no evidence exists, how do you attribute cause.

The argument against that, is where it was still genuine.
As it’s very similar, to an untried false allegation.
Hence government protecting women, from such injustice.
It’s in effect, one of society’s banned subjects.

It’s obviously opposite, with male crimes.
Imagine men killing babies, in such large numbers.
You would want to guarantee, mothers get custody.
