This is a staggering article that brings to life the feminist philosophy that many people cannot accept exists in the Family Court. Worse the article highlights the disparity between what would normally be considered intolerable domestic violence and what is increasingly being considered acceptable female violence.

Their happiness is seriously being disadvantaged, their ability to manage and organise their lives is compromised and their ability to take up education is being wasted by missing the opportunity to have a proper developing upbringing.

Apart from what has been produced by Suzanne Snively (previously posted here) this is the only other New Zealand ‘research’ that I have found.
